“Canmore is a beautiful mountain town nestled in the Canadian Rockies. I was looking forward to shooting some time lapse of the mountains on my day off. The day was over cast and no mountains could be seen. I was disappointed. At about 4PM I decided to take my dog for a walk (or he decided) and brought my camera. I keep telling people its a lot of fun finding the beauty in the mundane. I thought I would put my imagination and camera to the test.”

Banff Photography was proud to do a 170 person group shot for GE this week. We shot this in front of the ice castle at the Fairmont Lake Louise. We had 170 classic wood and glass framed prints made at our Banff printing and framing production facility and delivered by 10AM the next day.
Yesterday was a warm and sunny day, so I went for a drive with Kristina Mogensen and we captured some great shots of Peyto Lake. Here is one of my favourites!

Another shot of the Ice Magic Festival that happened here at the Chateau Lake Louise. People were just spread out everywhere! The judging is over but the beautiful ice sculptures still remain. Come by and see them for yourselves!
